I started working as a newspaper delivery boy, subsequently assembling newspapers during the week and delivering them early on Sunday mornings. Over time, my career evolved from these humble beginnings into a highly accomplished global business executive with decades of experience. My expertise spans driving high-growth performance, sales revenue generation, managing complex organizational change, and executing large-scale transformations, including mergers and acquisitions. I have a strong background in P&L management, technical services, cross-cultural integration, and operational leadership. These skills have been honed through roles in industries such as IT consulting, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services, where I’ve successfully developed and implemented strategies that generated business success across North America, Central America, and Asia Pacific.

As President and Managing Partner of Infinavate Consulting Services, I have built a team that offers MSP technical services, business process consulting, custom software development, and digital transformation solutions. My leadership has driven revenue growth, with a notable 53% increase in 2021, and successful partnerships with organizations like the City of Houston and the Texas Department of Transportation. Previously, as Vice President of Technical Services Engineering at Tech Data Corporation, I led a global team of engineers and project managers while managing OEM vendor relationships and creating advanced analytics and architectural designs for data center, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. I was instrumental in expanding sales and technical engineering offices worldwide, increasing product sales and service efficiency. My strategic initiatives in operations and marketing grew partnerships and optimized workflows, boosting overall profitability. Through my leadership, I helped clients navigate digital transformations while managing multibillion-dollar projects and acquisitions, enhancing the company’s international footprint and its service offerings.

In earlier roles with PCM and CDW Corporation, I helped shape and grow professional services teams, focusing on data center architecture, cloud migrations, and security. At CDW, I played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, driving sales from $25 million to $50 million in my first year and creating the company’s first Professional Services team in 2005. Throughout my career, I have served on various advisory boards, including Cisco and Intel, and maintained a commitment to continued learning, earning certifications in cybersecurity, blockchain, and technology services. Outside of work, my hobbies include flying small airplanes, golfing, boating, traveling, attending Broadway theaters and music concerts, and serving at my church as a Deacon.
